Are my credit card and personal information secured?
We do not store your credit card information in our database. You enter the credit card information on our payment processor's website and they use latest encryption and SSL on their website. For more information on how your personal data is handled view our Privacy Policy.
What is the custom shirts delivery time?
Since each shirt is made from scratch. First, a pattern is made based on your measurements and preferences, and then your shirt is hand made by our experienced tailors. Regular orders are take around two weeks in production. Rush orders are produced in a week. Add 2 to 5 days as shipping transit time. We ship shirts from the factory in 10 working days except luxury shirs. It takes slightly longer when a fabric is on back order.
How much a custom shirt costs?
Our fabric prices range from $39 to $320 depending on the quality and source. For example, 2Ply Egyptian and Pima cotton costs four times more than normal cotton. Other factors include the finish like non-iron and silicon wash add their part in increasing the prices. Purely hand stitched shirt costs much more than a normal shirt made on sewing machine.
What are the shipping costs?
What if the shirt does not fit or I dislike the fabric?
Our goal is 100% satisfaction. Although we have an over 96% success rate of providing the right fit on your first order, we will either remake the shirt or return your money if you are not happy with the quality or workmanship of our shirts.
How do I know I am providing the right measurements?
We use a fool proof online measurement system that makes providing your measurements simple and easy. The only measurements we need are your neck size, sleeve length and body type. We also have a short video with details on how to measure that can help you along the way. If you should have questions or run into problems, please use our live chat feature or call us at 1-800-815-4784 and we will be glad to help. Rest assured that we personally review each order before it goes to production. We will call you if we see any inconsistencies to confirm all order information.
Do you have a catalog?
Our fabric selection is updated frequently, so we have found it to be more efficient to keep our fabric inventory up-to-date online rather than to have a catalog that will be quickly out-of-date.
Do you send fabric swatches?
Due to heavy demand, our fabrics get sold out quickly and are frequently updated. Thus, we are unable to provide fabric swatches to normal customers. However our dealers get fabric swatches regularly and they are updated as some of the fabrics go out of stock.

What is your refund policy?
Can I change my order once it's in production?
You can change or cancel your order within first 12 hours.
Do you keep a history of my prior orders, so I can order the same thing in the future?
We keep all your measurements on file and remember your preferences. Just login and it will pick your style preferences and measurements from the last order. You can also make small adjustments to your fit information if you would like.
I usually do not have a problem with a store bought shirt, except for how it fits me in the waist. Do you have shirts with various tapers?
Yes, we do. You can choose to have your shirts tapered, standard, or an extra full cut.
How do I return shirts if I am not satisfied with their fit?
